Job Summary:
Support the DMAC department by providing technical support via Zoom, email, and
telephone to DMAC software users and regional partners. Assist in providing data to other ESC
departments for planning purposes and assist with general DMAC support. Work with third parties to maintain accurate reports.
Qualifications:
Education/Training:
High School Diploma / GED
Prefer college hours or Associates Degree
Experience:
School experience preferred but not required.
Strong technology Skills
Prefer previous technical support experience
Knowledge / Skills:
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Effective interpersonal skills
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of computers and standard applications
Strong organizational skills
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Must be able to maintain emotional control under stress
Work with frequent interruptions during scheduled work
Cooperate with staff members and outside customers
Ability to multi-task
Majority of working conditions will be indoors
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide phone and email support to school districts for online testing in DMAC as well as support for other applications related to State and Local Assessments, Curriculum Planning,
- Support regional partners and school personnel in submitting class roster and state data files for import into DMAC for use with various applications within the suite
- Maintain scheduled class roster imports, including communicating with districts at the beginning and end of year to initiate and pause automated rosters.

Because your assignment is funded by grants, federal funding, and/or special funding, your continued employment is expressly conditioned on the availability of funding for the position. If funding becomes unavailable due to loss of state/federal funding or due to financial constraints of Region 7 ESC, your position is subject to immediate termination.
