Job Summary: Provide professional development and technical assistance to school personnel to meet district needs regarding coordination and implementation of the Teacher Incentive Allotment. Close collaboration with district and campus leaders to enhance district data systems, ensure accurate student growth measurements, and analyze assessment and appraisal data.


Qualifications:


Education/Training:
Bachelor Degree or required license
Prefer Master Degree in related field

 

Experience:
At least 5 years of related experience.
Prefer central office or campus-level administrative experience.

Knowledge of TEA timelines and requirements for TIA data submission, validation, and program implementation

Expertise in assessment design and student growth measures aligned to TIA standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis

Experience using assessment platforms such as DMAC, Eduphoria, TFAR, Cambium, or other district-supported systems Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and project management capabilities


Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Must be able to maintain emotional control under stress
Work with frequent interruptions; irregular hours
Frequent regional travel; occasional statewide travel


Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Plan and implement services to schools applying for and implementing the Teacher Incentive Allotment
2. Work collaboratively with ESC 7 center directors and their staff in planning and implementing services
3. Partner with TEA, other ESCs, and state and national agencies, as appropriate, to support TIA schools
4. Routinely monitor the TIA webpage and marketing
5. Develop district communications with TIA schools and keep communications up-to-date
6. Analyze program evaluation data and conduct a comprehensive needs assessment for ongoing program planning and improvement
7. Assist districts in compiling and submitting TIA data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with state requirements, and support continuous improvement through data validation and analysis
8. Participate in formal and informal professional development activities based on needs assessment data, job descriptions, performance evaluation, and job goals

Because your assignment is funded by grants, federal funding, and/or special funding, your continued employment is expressly conditioned on the availability of funding for the position. If funding becomes unavailable due to loss of state/federal funding or due to financial constraints of Region 7 ESC, your position is subject to immediate termination.
